| Description |
The ARNG Resource Management staff creates scenarios used to forecast the annual IET funding requirements for a Fiscal Years based on the State approved personnel enlistment and re-enlistment projections for the FY and available training seats. The approved personnel enlistment and re-enlistment projections for each State are published in a Selective Reserve End Strength Ceiling and Accession Mission Memorandum that is signed by the Director, Army National Guard and issued to each State. |
